JohnHart Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our innovative @homeffer division. As a leader in the real estate industry, we specialize in offering all-cash home-buying solutions, saving our clients tens of thousands in fees compared to traditional selling methods. We are looking for a motivated individual who can expand our inventory by effectively engaging with agents and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Networking: Actively seek out new property acquisition opportunities by networking with real estate agents and direct sellers. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers and industry professionals.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify promising properties and stay ahead of market trends. Utilize data-driven approaches to target acquisitions that align with our business goals.
Negotiation and Deal Closing: Utilize excellent negotiation skills to secure properties at competitive prices. Manage the end-to-end acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Inventory Management: Work collaboratively with the team to increase property inventory, ensuring a diverse and profitable portfolio.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and sellers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the acquisition process.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within JohnHart Real Estate to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
