A Boston-based nonprofit organization is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse for their facility in Roxbury.

In this Staff Registered Nurse position, you will conduct home visits and determine eligibility for community services and programs. You will also be responsible for:

• Providing medical and social services to clients
• Conducting interdisciplinary review and assessment of cases
• Providing consultation to caregivers, providers, and community agencies
• Preparing and maintaining electronic reports and records

• A diploma RN and 2 years of community nursing experience or an undergraduate degree and 1 years of clinical experience
• A valid Massachusetts RN license
• Working knowledge of community resources and reimbursement systems for health and social services
