Local and growing general service company is looking for applicants for a skilled painter and drywall position.

Applicants must be willing to do a variety of jobs, must have a valid Virginia driver's license; must have flexible hours; must "want" to work and have a "good" attitude; must be a team player; and have a proven track record of attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools to prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring proper adhesion.
- Apply construction painting techniques to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Perform plastering, renovation, and construction tasks with attention to detail.
- Apply caulking and trim carpentry techniques for a polished final look.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools for painting tasks
- Experience in construction painting projects
- Familiarity with construction estimating and color theory
- Ability to read blueprints and perform plastering work
- Knowledge of renovation and construction processes
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience in carpentry, drywall installation, and caulking
- Familiarity with trim carpentry and stucco application

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
