WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As the Estimating Specialist, you will utilize your in-depth knowledge of the HVAC industry to accurately estimate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and competitive bids. As the Project Management Specialist, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution.

You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources.

Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will be key in coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

In addition, you will serve as a Training Specialist, providing guidance and support to our team members. You will develop and deliver training programs to ensure that our team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Your ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and tailor training programs to meet individual needs will contribute to the ongoing growth and development of our team.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN HVAC DIVISION MANAGER?

We're looking for someone that can work Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM while meeting the following qualifications :

• Residential and commercial installation experience
• Design and layout experience
• Basic computer software knowledge and fitting fabrication

Additionally, the following is preferred :

• Ability to manage people
• Ability to work with manufacturers and suppliers
