Johnny White - State Farm Agency, located in League City, TX is currently looking for a talented, seasoned professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative.

STATE FARM experience is required. Active Property and Casualty license is a must!

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

You will receive :

• $19.00 - $27.00 / Hourly pay plus bonus / commission (based on experience and production)

Requirements

• Customer Service and / or Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
