7:00a - 3:30p w/rotating weekend

• Report to and work under the direct supervision of, an Environmental Services Supervisor, the Associate help to ensure patient safety and customer satisfaction by providing timely and thorough cleaning services to keep Hospital in orderly, sanitary and attractive condition.
• Provide thorough and efficient cleaning services to a wide variety of areas including but not limited to: inpatient areas, clinical exam rooms, operating rooms, pharmacies, MRI rooms, offices, conference rooms, restrooms, utility rooms, and corridors.
• Keep equipment and supplies in a safe and clean condition.
• Clean assigned areas using specified products while following established procedures.
• Use interpersonal skills effectively to communicate to customers, co-workers and supervisors, as appropriate.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times. Channel customer complaints to others, as appropriate.
• Provide outstanding customer service while interacting with patients and visitors, at all times.
• Complete and submits repair work order requests as needed for equipment, work areas (e.g. EVC closets), assigned areas (e.g. patient rooms), ORs, pharmacies, offices, restrooms, public areas (e.g. hallways and lobbies), etc.
• Ensure sufficient supplies and equipment at the beginning and end of shift for EVC closet/carts in assigned area(s).

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Six (6) months of continuous employment is required.

Requires the ability to work weekends.
