Location: 4940 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224

Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)

Day Shift, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Weekend work required

Non-Exempt, Pay Grade 38

Position Summary:

Job Duties: Responsible for conducting inpatient and outpatient echocardiograms and Doppler flow analysis of the heart and related structures for use by physicians in diagnosing heart disease and conducting heart studies.

Education:

Work requires a level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of two years of occupationally-specific education or an Associate's degree in Cardiology, Ultrasound or closely related field.

Certification:

AHA Healthcare Provider CPR card

Experience:

One to two years of previous experience is required.

Knowledge/Skills:

Work requires the analytical skills to gather and interpret data in situations in which the information or problems are relatively routine.

Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situation.
