24 hrs/week, Weekend only

Located on the campus of Sibley Memorial Hospital, Grand Oaks is a tasteful, Georgian-style residence community designed to combine comfortable surroundings, personalized assistance, 24-hour support, and a full range of services and activities to meet the needs of each resident. As a Care Manager (CNA) on our team, you have the opportunity to be an active member of the care team by helping our patients with their ADL's while also providing compassion and support to our population of patients in memory care.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED is required.
  • Current license as CNA or HHA in the District of Columbia.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • We welcome CNA’s with all levels of experience.
