Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Associate. This opportunity offers both professional and financial growth potential for the right individual. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Target and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Actively prospect and cold call potential leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to showcase our products and services to prospective clients.
• Assist in providing pricing, terms, and proposals to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous sales experience in a related field is a plus but not necessary
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to sit and work on a computer
• Frequently required to stand and walk
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Pay: $52,500.00 - $62,500.00 per year
