Johnson's Auto Body in Hayden, Id is looking for an Auto Body Technician Apprentice/Helper to join the team. We are a small family owned collision repair shop that does quality work. 95% of our business is insurance work.

Essential Job Duties:

-Sanding, polishing, and detailing fresh paint.
-Utilizing power tools to replace body panels to high quality.
-Utilize air sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks, etc. in order to complete quality work.
-Thoroughly disassemble/assemble vehicles with high attention to detail.
-Maintain clean, orderly and organized work area.
-Detailing vehicles following repairs.
-Perform other duties as required to successfully assist your colleagues.

Skill/Requirements:

-Ability to wash, detail, and clean cars to original state after repairs are completed is a must.
- 0-5 years experience, willing to train, but must be mechanically inclined.
-Must have a valid driver’s license.
-Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, and be a team player.
-Must be able to multitask, we are not a production shop, so helping other team members is very important.

There will be a 30 day probation period, to determine if canidate is fit for the job.
