JOHNSON BROS BAKERY SUPPLY is Hiring an Account Manager (South Texas Region) Near San Antonio, TX
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, to include managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Develop new business from existing customers
- Actively seek new sales opportunities
- Prepare daily reports on customer activities, to include keeping records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal JBBS team members
- Be available for customers
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
- Travel is required, 50%.
- Good driving record with reliable transportation for meeting customers and attending meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, but higher education or equivalent work experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-driven environment
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of the products or services offered by Johnson Brothers Bakery Supply, Inc.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, such as identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, overcoming objections, and closing deals
- Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively
- Pay close attention to customer inquiries and concerns
- Balance customer service and sales tasks efficiently
- Persistence and resilience
- Ability to adapt to changing customer demands and product changes
- Collaboration with colleagues and other departments
- Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and legal regulations
- Base salary plus commissions
- Auto reimbursement
- Phone reimbursement
- Benefits after 60 days of employment
