We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our 2nd Shift/evening warehouse team. The Warehouse Supervisor manages order selection, shipping, receiving, and other basic warehouse activities, in addition to managing personnel to ensure that all necessary functions are performed.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead and direct workflow and performance of employees

* Monitor employees productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency

* Motivate and train employees

* Enforce compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules

* Maintain company quality and quantity standards

* Screen and provide input on hiring warehouse personnel

* Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards

* Other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

* High School degree or equivalent (college a plus)

* 3 -5 years of supervisory experience

* Must be able to work assigned hours, Sunday-Thursday at 5:00pm - until

* Must have excellent leadership and communication skills

* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

* Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner

* Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking
