Associate Financial Advisor

Our well-established and growing financial firm is expanding and seeking to add an Associate Advisor to our Team!

This position will assist with new client onboarding, work with and support our Advisors and continue to grow and enhance existing client relationships.

This position is based in our Wethersfield, CT office, but will require travel between our Connecticut offices.

Minimum Requirements

· College degree

· 2 years of financial services experience

· Life and Health Licensed; Series 65 or Series 7 & 66

· Strong organizational, prioritization, & interpersonal skills

· Strong mathematical and analytical skills

· Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

· Process-oriented approach to problem-solving and must be detail-focused

Position Responsibilities

· Support the advisor's in regard to client's inquiries and processing of new business

· Provide excellent client service to existing clients

· Manage and retain strong client relationships

· Assist in the onboarding of new clients

· Communicate the full range of the company’s services and capabilities to clients·

· Attend evening educational workshops as an introducer or presenter
