Financial Planning and Advisor Support Specialist

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

• Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
• Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred

● 4 Year college degree in business or finance
Responsibilities/Tasks:
· Responsible for assisting Financial Advisors in creating risk reports, income analysis, and one page deliverable for prospective client meetings.
· Prepare documents for upcoming review appointments with existing clients.
· Manage Salesforce data & ensure records are kept.
· Produce additional analysis reports for advisors as requested.
· Maintain accurate filing records to satisfy federal regulator requirements.
· Support the client service department with any additional tasks.
