Silent Air is currently hiring Machine Operator Helpers in Gilbert, Arizona! Founded in 1994, Silent-Aire is now part of Johnson Controls Data Center Solutions business unit. What you will do
As a Helper, you will support the operators in the assembly and fabrication of products.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 4AM-2:30PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday: 2:30PM-1AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday: 5AM-5:30PM

How you will do it

• Support of the fabrication of piece parts as per schematic
• Assembly of piece parts into final product.
• Read blueprints and program machining equipment to produce required parts.
• Use metal working manipulation machinery (brake, shear, saw, punch, etc.).

What we look for
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Experience with safety practices and procedures
• Familiarity with overall processes associated with manufacturing from raw materials to finished product

• Previous work experience providing assistance to brake press operators, turret machine operators, laser operators, etc.
