Our Inpatient Rehabilitation CNAs provide continuing, skilledcare for adult patients while they recover their strength and functioning aftera debilitating injury, stroke, trauma, amputation, neurological disorders,orthopedic intervention, and surgical procedures. Teamwork is the key on ourfloor as we interact well with our Physicians, Therapists, and Social Workers.From treatment to patient and family education, our rehabilitation specialistscustomize a plan of care based on each individual’s diagnosis, needs, andpersonal goals. As you help patients achieve goals and regain independence, youcan form significant relationships with them and celebrate the successes theyexperience along the way. You spend each day helping someone to regain controlof their lives with the goal of being discharged from the hospital and back totheir community, families, and friends.
Position Summary: Assists professional nursing personnel inproviding patient care in assigned area. Assists patients with activities ofdaily living, provides for personal care, emotional support and performs morecomplex clinical skills under the direction of professional nursing personnel.
Qualifications: Completion of course for nursing assistants.Current Nursing Assistant Certification.
Requirements: Minimum six months’ experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strongorganizational, time management and prioritization skills. Strong analyticaland critical thinking skills Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames.
