Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gain insights into market trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored sales strategies and solutions
Present product information and demonstrations to clients, ensuring flawless execution and addressing any concerns or questions
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities to determine areas of competitive advantage
Successfully implement sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share
Pay TransparencyThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $170,200. Sales Incentive language : The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. Company Car Eligibility : This position is eligible for a company car through the Company's FLEET program.

Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
A valid driver's license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
A minimum oftwo (2) years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, or business to business sales, or recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military
Cardiovascular or thrombosis therapeutic area experience is preferred
Documented sales results, including examples of company awards, or participation in management development program are preferred
The ability to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight / weekend travel
Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
