Role Description
As a CVA Validata Manager, within the U.S. ECM organization, you will support the contract validation and data integrity processes to ensure the efficient and compliant management of our Managed Markets contracts. This role will serve as a subject matter authority and perform the validation process for Customers' data submissions, ensuring submission is accurate and complete to verify adherence to contractual terms and conditions. The Manager is responsible for working with external customers and internal business partners in the resolution of day to day operations or process exceptions and implement projects focused on improving the contract and data validation processes. The role provides oversight and direction for multiple initiatives and day to day operation or claims validation. This role is responsible for collaborating with business partners and customers to improve the data scrubbing process with the Rebate Operations team. The Analyst will also synthesize and manage complex data feeds.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all data validations processed by the team are accurate and timely according to the contractual obligations, Corporate Internal Audit, Sarbanes Oxley, and JJHCS standards.
  • Provide supervision and coaching to team members to foster their growth and development.
  • Review and analyze terms and conditions in commercial contract documents during negotiations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Follow account-specific processes to run and validate data submissions for payments, ensuring strict adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
  • Apply data mining techniques to deliver actionable analytics and insights, informing business partners about the accuracy of customer submissions.
  • Participate in inter-company process improvement initiatives, compliance management and reviews, process integration initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with Operating Company partners and external customers.
  • Develop contract administration strategies that align with the long-term vision of the US Region Contracting Model and utilize the capabilities of our systems.
  • Collaborate with business units to effectively translate business strategies into compliant contract administration.
  • Report on process metrics and benchmarking to drive business results, demonstrating your proven ability to contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Successfully complete projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
Education:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPA, or advanced degree or certification preferred
Skills & Experience:
Required:
  • Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in contract validation, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with data analytics, including analysis, scrubbing, and/or interpretation.
  • Strong sense of ownership and drive for meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within agreed upon timelines.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills to effectively handle conflicting priorities and due dates.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate work product and/or business results to leadership level.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Preferred:
  • Proficiency with data mapping and/or data mining tools and systems.
  • Working experience with business analytics, finance analytics, legal analytics, or contract analytics.
  • Experience implementing and monitoring internal controls and/or business processes.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare contracting process.
  • Solid understanding or experience with industry contracting systems (e.g., Model N/Revitas) or with business tools (e.g., SQL).
  • Proficiency in creating data visualizations and detecting irregularities in trends.
  • Experience with prescription-level pharmaceutical claims data.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector.
Other:
  • This role requires up to 10% domestic travel.
  • The salary for this position is anticipated to be between $95,000 and $145,000
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
