Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
As a part of the Global PMO team, the Project Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and leading all aspects of PMO project plan and resource plans, understanding risks and interdependencies, defining and enhancing existing PMO processes, facilitating or supporting program meetings, and driving timelines for PMO deliverables. They are responsible for coordinating with deployment leads to ensure our PMO processes and methodology are scalable and implemented, and that our internal program sites are current. The Manager is also responsible for working closely with PMO Leads for governance, resource and risk management and working globally across all releases of Transcend deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and implementation of Global PMO operations, processes, and deliverables
  • Ensure scalability, transparency, adoption, and key communications to the program through cross-functional collaboration
  • Alignment with PMO Leads on governance, resource, and risk management
  • Forge robust working relationships with key business partners to ensure program objectives are met, and processes are understood and implemented
  • Create PMO project plan to manage department deliverables and timelines based on the PMO resource plan, identify risks, and establish risk mitigation plans
  • Prepare for, facilitate, and document outcomes of key program meetings like Change Control Meetings, Program Status Meetings, and Stage Gate Meetings
  • Lead PMO Analysts in updating program sites and completing deliverables per established timelines, and coordinate international window scheduling
  • Prepare and manage PMO reporting to senior leaders
Qualifications
Education:
  • Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent degree is required; Bachelor's/University degree is strongly preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Project Management experience, including strong understanding and application of project plan management, risk management, and program methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate to reach a desired result
  • Strong communication to create clear and concise messaging to leadership and the ability to work well in teams, cross-functionally, and with all levels of the organization
Preferred:
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industry
  • Agile methodology implementation experience on large scale programs
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to embrace innovation and change and resolve impediments
  • Ability to empower teams and ensure alignment cross-functionally, while promoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to contribute to the thought leadership, comprehensive thinking, problem solving and listening skills to be a role model to project team members
  • Certifications in Project Management and/or Process Management such as FPX and/or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
Other:
  • May require up to 10% travel, domestic and/or international
  • Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
