General Contractor is looking for an experienced estimator. Familiar with Job Order Contracting and E-Gordian is a plus. 3 years experience is required.
Candidates Must Possess knowledge and experience in both Renovation and New Construction projects.
Preferred that candidates possess IDIQ, J.O.C., MACC, MATOC continuing service contract experience.
Preferred That Candidate Has Government Project Experience.Software experience to include Excel, Timberline, Plan Swift and ProCore are a plus.
CHC Certification is a plus
Must Have Excellent communication skills
Must Have Excellent Customer Services Skills
Must be organized
Must be able to interact professionally with our clients, architects, engineers, and the general public.
Must be able to look ahead and forecast
Must be an excellent planner
Must be motivated and driven
Self Starters are an absolute must!
Must have Valid State of Georgia Driver License
Must be able to pass a criminal Background Check
