JMT is seeking a national practice leader for its Highway planning, design and program business. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping lead the strategy, growth, and collaboration of JMT's highway market services as well as providing input and direction to enhance our related business operations to ensure technical expertise, quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Current JMT clients include state transportation agencies, federal clients, and local agencies throughout JMT's footprint.
The Practice Leader must be a strong leader, able to inspire, motivate and build teams, and communicate effectively. This role will collaborate with JMT executive leadership, practice leaders, and regional/office leaders to drive growth and success for transportation clients and our staff in their areas.

Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment. Occasional visits to field (construction) locations are required. Field work may require climbing, walking, and standing at a construction site and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs.) may be required. Travel to JMT locations and project sites required as needed.
