No Remote **Senior Plumbing/HVAC Design Engineer, PE in Seattle, WA**

We are looking for a Senior Plumbing and HVAC Design Engineer to be in charge of complex plumbing and HVAC projects with considerable independence. Responsible for budget and scheduled timelines. Ensures that work performed and materials used comply with applicable Codes and Standards.

**Responsibilities and duties include**:

* Lead complex Design/Engineering of Commercial Plumbing, Piping, and HVAC Systems

* Review and approval of Load Calculations and Engineering on multiple projects before submittals

* Work closely with Senior Management, Design, and Engineering team

**Requirements**:

* Bachelor and/or Masters in Mechanical Engineering

* P.E. License

* 8 to 20 years of Plumbing-HVAC Design and Engineering experience

* Local and stable work-history

**Preferred**:

* Advanced knowledge of state building codes

* Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage, BlueBeam, MS Project, Trane Trace 700, Carrier HAP, among other applications
