Methodical Bookkeeper/Accountant needed to deliver meticulous work

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Accountant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle repetitive tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Accurately enter financial data into our accounting system
• Reconciling client's active accounts
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable for our clients
• Assist clients running payroll
• Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and provide information
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or strong accounting experience is a PLUS
• Reliable vehicle for off-site work

We have adopted an alternative work-week of four (4), 10-hour days, Monday - Thursday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
