Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled software support technician to join our team in Springfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills and will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Manager in overseeing daily business operations and facilitating the growth of our company. This position is based on-site with flexible remote work options.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers experiencing software-related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve software problems in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs in the software

- Assist with software installations and upgrades for customers

- Document and track all support issues and resolutions

- Train customers on how to use the software effectively

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in software support or a related field
