ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Develop a thorough knowledge base of customers in the territory
- Initiate contact with customers and develop relationships with decision-makers
- Keep ongoing customer engagement regularly along with reviewing and adjusting forecasts as necessary
- Participate with management in updating territory plan and sales goals
- Provide information and feedback to the branch to help them support the customer
- Tracking, reporting and analyzing customers sales and buying behaviors
- Monitoring market conditions, product innovations and competitors products, prices, and sales
- Serve as the main point of contact to resolve customer issues or problems
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Lead negotiations with customers to secure profitable deals and ensure seamless contract finalization and implementation
- Ability to present insights and solutions
