* Base pay starting at $27 an hour with OT available

**Qualifications and Skills**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

* Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

* Valid Driver's License

* Possession of or the ability to possess all state-required work cards

* A willingness to learn, keep an open mind and be receptive to training

* Previous management experience a plus

* Servsafe certified a plus

* Experience growing KPI's, basic understanding of a P&L and managing costs

* Desire to be a hands-on teacher, coach, and mentor to employees.
