ROLE & TEAM

We are currently looking for a Revenue Manager (f/m/x) who will act as a key commercial strategist in our organization, responsible for the development and implementation of inventory and pricing propositions for our markets.

Here below are some examples of your core activities:

  • Revenue Strategy Development: you will develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and overall profitability. You will also analyze market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors to adjust pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Price and Inventory Management: you will set and adjust room rates based on demand, seasonality, and market conditions and you will manage inventory to ensure optimal distribution across various channels to maximize revenue.
  • Forecasting & budgeting: you will create accurate and reliable revenue forecasts based on historical data, market analysis, and future trends – working along other departments.
  • Technology Utilization: you will implement and leverage revenue management systems and tools to automate processes and enhance decision-making – always staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: you wil regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and profitability.
  • Team Management & Training: you will train and manage an upcoming revenue team.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

  • You have a solid experience of 5 years of working in Revenue within hospitality/real-estate/travel/leisure
  • You have experience in managing a Revenue team
  • You are proficient both in Italia (C1 level, written & spoken) and in English (C1 level, written & spoken)
  • You’re commercially astute with proven analytical skills
  • You have experience in working in a fast-paced environment, delivering results against targets
