- Your primary responsibility is to get technicians to scheduled appointments for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service on time in order to create a situation of complete customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a company wide commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction.
- Randomly check with customers to be certain they are satisfied with our performance.
- Work with Customer Service Department to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response.
- Be available to assist, in any way possible, the service and installation departments to achieve their objectives.
- Commit to an ongoing process of self and formal education in the fields of customer relations.
- Abide by all company procedures, and policies.
