 The Marketing Coordinator position is an entry-level position ideal for individuals beginning their marketing career. This role is responsible for supporting our marketing team in executing various operational and administrative tasks essential for the smooth running of marketing campaigns. The position is suited for highly organized, motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic marketing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Aids in distributing and coordinating marketing materials, working under guidance to manage timelines and deliveries.
• Maintains marketing databases by entering, updating, and organizing product information to ensure accuracy and accessibility for marketing campaigns within various tools and platforms.
• Actively participates in maintaining and analyzing marketing databases. Utilizing data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making and campaign optimization under the guidance of marketing team leadership.
• Assists in compiling basic marketing data to understand how to analyze results to support Marketing team leadership in evaluating campaign effectiveness.
• Provides logistical support for marketing events and seminars, including tradeshow set-up.
• Coordinates with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Helps facilitate communication within the marketing team and with other departments to help ensure projects stay on track.
• Assists with tracking marketing expenses and processing approved invoices.
• Performs routine administrative duties such as scheduling team/vendor meetings, preparing simple presentations, and handling departmental correspondence. 
• Utilizes Monday.com to coordinate projects, track team requests, deliverables, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Associate degree or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn new software tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• No previous experience is required; enthusiasm for learning and growth in marketing is preferred.
