In this role you will partner with Scrum Master and Product Owner to hold the team accountable to consistent Agile best practices. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical and research skills, as well as a passion for leading and growing others. Partner with the Scrum Master to remove organizational blockers.Build and maintain strong relationships with Foodbuy Product and Compass IT Shared Services teams.Partner with Scrum Master to resolve and escalate impediments, manage risks, assure value delivery and drive program level continuous improvement.Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master being responsible for overall application, project delivery as well as timely application support.Work closely with vendor and extended teams for operational support.Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.Collaborate with Peers and Architecture team to innovate, educate and empower the Scrum TeamsHire new team members to round out and build up overall team capacity and skillset. Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports or leading developers and/or quality analysts.Minimum 5 years of experience in IT full development life cycle.Experience and understanding of MS Dynamics platform including workflows, power platforms, power apps.Agile practitioner mindset with an understanding of common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and iterative development practices.Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex software implementations.Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people.Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish a variety of contacts across the organization.Proven ability to balance concurrent activities.Strong knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environment.
