Jones Networking is recruiting for a Legal Billing Coordinator to join a large downtown law firm. This company offers a competitive salary along with terrific benefits and a Hybrid position.
Legal Billing Coordinator Position Summary:
- Be able to communicate directly with clients
- Be able to process monthly electronic billing
- Be able to perform regular and follow up with billing attorney to ensure bills are received and processed with monthly deadlines
- Be able to review bill requests
- Be able to identify any matters with escrow and/or unapplied cash balance
- Be able to identify any errors on bill requests
- Be able to provide account analysis
Legal Billing Coordinator Qualifications Summary:
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, including e-billing experience
- Legal billing experience using Aderant or Elite is a plus
- LEDES experience is a must
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
