This role involves taking over from the Founder, who will transition to the role of Chairman to focus on innovations and support the new CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly educated, with at least a degree and preferably an MBA or PhD, and have a good understanding of operational playbooks and budget management. The successful candidate will be responsible for doubling and redoubling the business over the next 3-10 years', with a focus on direct-to-consumer and business-to-consumer customer acquisition and retention, as well as innovation.
