About The RoleThe Company is seeking a Head of School to lead its diverse and engaged student body, talented faculty, and devoted families. The successful candidate will be an inspiring and experienced leader, strongly attracted to the school's mission and its commitment to its Episcopal identity. This role involves providing students with a strong academic and spiritual foundation within a warm, loving Episcopal community. The Head of School will be responsible for all aspects of the school, including strategic planning, board initiatives, and building a common sense of community with the Rector, the Board of Trustees, and the Vestry of the associated church. Candidates for this position should be leaders in PreK-5 education, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Senior-level administrative experience is required, and experience as a current Head of School is an asset. Professional achievements and a background in strategic planning are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a history of collaboration with spiritual leaders and be expected to work closely with the Rector in deepening and promoting the Episcopal identity of the school. The role demands a leader who can maintain the school's exceptional reputation, steady enrollment, and strong financial position in a highly competitive market.
