- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Manage daily store operations, including merchandising, re-stocking, and pricing.
- Assess customer needs and offer expert advice on product features.
- Drive sales performance by working towards both individual and store sales goals.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization while ensuring accurate pricing and promotions.
- Six (6) or more months of Sales and/or Customer Service experience.
- Strong communication skills to build productive relationships and trust with customers.
- Proactive approach and ability to take initiative on tasks.
- Knowledge of products and ability to stay updated on company procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
