They are seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead a team of Relationship Managers in engaging with physician practices and health systems in a value-based care context. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategy to ensure customer performance, satisfaction, and retention. This role involves owning the quality assurance strategy for customer relationships, serving as the primary point of escalation, and overseeing the development of client delight and satisfaction activities. The VP of Customer Success will also be accountable for driving superior program and product performance across all customers and maintaining a best-in-class Net Promoter Score. Applicants for this role should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 10 years in a high-performing healthcare customer service environment. Experience in clinical transformation, network contracting, and development, or a similar provider-facing field is highly valued. The role requires a track record of scaling a team and service capability while maintaining performance standards and increasing resource efficiency. The VP of Customer Success will work closely with various teams, including product, data science, and clinical operations, to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives. The ability to build relationships, resolve issues proactively, and create exceptional experiences for providers is essential.
