About The RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead its operational and revenue growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the day-to-day operations of the customer success team, with a strong focus on revenue and logo retention, reducing churn, and identifying future product opportunities. This role requires a leader who excels in customer revenue growth, onboarding, training, and retention management, and is adept at building and scaling processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 10 years' experience leading a sales or customer success team in a B2B SaaS environment, and a proven track record of building and scaling customer success operations. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Customer Success at the company include establishing a services/solutions revenue-generating business, managing scalable customer success processes throughout the customer lifecycle, creating a comprehensive customer retention calendar, and utilizing data to drive business decisions. The role also involves optimizing renewals and up-sells, growing multi-year renewal structures, and partnering with marketing to design campaigns for customer feature adoption. The candidate should have a high level of intellectual curiosity, an entrepreneurial approach to leadership, and a deep understanding of enterprise technology, particularly in the domain of market research and analytics.
