The VP of Engineering will come in to oversee a team of 20 professionals which includes Software Engineers | Cloud Engineers | Testers of varying levels. You will form a key part of the management team, with direct influence over the way in which they engineering team operates, scales and delivers.
Other Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting & working with the CTO to deliver the company’s technical vision.
- Work in collaboration with the Product team.
- Drive continuous improvement, always looking to improve ways of working better.
- Design a team structure that encourages maximum performance.
- Inspire and engage the team on all things technology and culture.
- Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
