Joplin Family Dental is seeking a dedicated practice billing and insurance specialist. This role is essential in streamlining our insurance and billing processes. Experience in dental terminology is preferable.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an enthusastic phone manner, be coachable, and be detail-oriented.

We are searching for you if you have impressive customer skills! Your responsibilities would include proactively working on aging insurance claims, posting payments, answering the phone, updating patient information, accurately verifying dental benefits, and contributing to a smooth patient flow. Being a team player as well as a self starter is extremely important! And, being a quick learner with computer tasks is a big plus.
