Principal Responsibilities:
- Complete client documentation and reports in accordance with organizational and governing body regulations
- Provide parent/caregiver training 2 times a month
- Assist with scheduling when needed
- Provide direct coverage as needed
- Be present in the center during business hours
- Assist with any other clinical needs that may arise
- Fulfill continuing education and other requirements to maintain BCBA and AZ licensure
- Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of concepts and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ESDM, Vineland, Socially Savvy, etc.)
- Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working with clients
- Track authorization dates for clients and update all treatment plans before authorization expires
- Evaluate provider competency and deliver feedback during direction sessions
- Develop a child-specific behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA
- Train each staff member on the client's specific behavior treatment plan
- Monitor individual treatment programs and behavior plans and make programmatic changes as required
- Continuously conduct weekly reviews of data to ensure that treatment is effective
- Utilize technology platforms for client record management
Qualifications/Experience:
- Masters degree in Special Education or Psychology from an accredited university or college preferred
- BCBA licensure
