Job Summary:

In this role, you'll support our marketing efforts with a flexible schedule of 15-30 hours per week. Your work hours will align with our regular operating hours, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm, offering you the flexibility to choose the hours that suit you best. Responsibilities:

- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

- Assist in the development and execution of social media calendar

- Assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies

- Assist with development social media and website content

- Work with marketing team to manage brand and marekting initiatives

- Execute marketing strategy

- Update social media platforms and website content

- Support the development of miscellaneous marketing materials

Requirements:

- Graphic desing utilizing Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar programs

- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools

- Basic understanding of photography composition

- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts

- Well-organized with attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment

- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts

- Excellent time management skills

- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities

- Ability to spot emerging trends

- Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines

- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Strong writing and copy-editing abilities

Education/Experience Requirements:

- HS diploman or GED certificate

- Associated or Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field preferred

- 1-3 years experience in marketing or equivalent education

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)

- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms ( Facebook, instagram, LinkedIn)

- Familiarity with WordPress for website management preferred

- Familiarity with video editing preferred
