We are currently seeking an Admin Support to join our Livermore, CA location. Primary responsibility will be to provide varying levels of support to Management. Other duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibility will include a wide variety of diverse administrative general office functions such as ordering supplies, filing, screening visitors, and organization of information.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
* Answering and transferring incoming calls
* Ordering and maintaining office supplies
* Entering & closing mill/ vendor claims
* Processing customer claims
* Scanning and entering of delivery receipts and test reports
* Setting up and maintaining customer account information
* Recording Safety and Management meeting minutes
* Record retention
* Maintaining and reconciling employee timecards in ADP
* Perform other duties as may be assigned

Position Requirements:* High School diploma or GED
* Strong Math skills are required
* Working knowledge of Ariba, MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
and SAP is preferred.
* Experience creating reports and manipulating data using database applications
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and telephone skills
* Takes pride in your work and has a strong attention to detail
* Very organized; can manage multiple tasks and complete in a timely manner
* Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and good judgment in completing job duties and maintaining confidential information
