At Journey Health & Lifestyle, we are building a dynamic, high growth direct-to-consumer healthcare products company. We are bringing our digital advertising in-house and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team to run the buying and planning for both search and social advertising. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone with 3 years of digital advertising experience and looking to take the next step in their career to help us accelerate the digital growth of our brand and business. Within Journey, we are building a team of passionate, driven, innovative thinkers!

• You will work closely with our marketing, Ecommerce, and sales teams to plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Will own the relationships with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant partners to achieve maximum data, insights and rewards.
• Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, keywords, and landing pages.
• Evaluate and track key success metrics across all paid advertisement channels (e.g., performance, ROI, etc.), and provide recommendations on budget distribution across different channels, campaigns and tactics.
