Required Qualifications:
· Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator according to state regulation and must attend continuing education as required.
· BS/BA Degree from an Accredited College in Healthcare Administration or related healthcare field preferred.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Quality Care & Compliance: Ensures patient-centered care by maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, adhering to Journey’s policies and standards, and leading quality assurance and process improvement programs.
· Workforce & Operational Leadership: Oversees workforce management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, while ensuring budgetary stewardship and effective business operations planning.
· Community & Business Development: Builds partnerships through business development meetings, fosters active community involvement, and supports center participation in healthcare associations at local and state levels.
