College Tutors of Edina is seeking role model homework help tutors for 6th-10th grade students for the 2023 / 24 school year! This position provides you with the opportunity to mentor and tutor several students throughout the week and develop tutoring and teaching skills while making a difference! You set your schedule (5-10 hours per week) within the hours of 3-9pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-9pm on Saturdays and Sundays Job Responsibilities : Assist students with homework in math (through algebra 2), reading / writing, general homework help and organizational skills.

• Act as a role model and mentor to students that you tutor towards academic success. Qualifications : Ability to tutor most middle school and early high school subject areas : math (algebra 1, geometry or algebra 2), science (physical science or higher), reading / writing, history.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5. Good study habits and organizational skills as evidenced by college transcripts Previous tutoring experience is ideal but not required! It is not required that you are a current college student for our tutoring positions.
