Benefits : Access sick pay and enroll in a 401k plan. Position Overview : Full-Time Nanny for a two-year-old boy and a baby girl born in April 2024.

Provide feedings according to schedule and ensure both children are well-nourished. Conduct diaper changes and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

Attend to infant care duties such as soothing, burping, and ensuring comfort for the baby. Manage the daily routines of both children, including nap times, meals, and playtime.

Ensure the safety and well-being of both children at all times, including during outdoor activities or outings. Practice positive discipline and gentle parenting techniques, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.

Household Tasks : Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as tidying up the nursery, washing baby bottles, and cleaning up after meals.

Handle children’s laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away clothes. Assist with household chores such as washing dishes, tidying up common areas, and maintaining a clean and organized home environment.

Parental Communication : Maintain open communication with parents regarding the children's development, needs, and any concerns.

Adhere to any specific routines or instructions provided by the parents regarding sleep schedules, feeding preferences, and other care requirements.

Schedule : Monday-Friday from 7AM-3PM (8 HRS) (40 hours per week). Qualifications : Authorization to work in the US. Minimum age of 18.

Valid driver's license and insured vehicle. CPR / First-Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Willingness to undergo background checks and fingerprinting.
