Tag & Title Clerk

Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC is a high-volume dealership seeking an experienced Tag and Title Clerk to join their team. All candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of dealership tag and title experience and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

· Verify title paperwork is complete and accurate, communicating with F&I of any corrections or additional documentation needed

· Finalize VA, MD, and other out-of-state tag and titles

· Communication and prompt follow-up with customers to resolve any problems or delays with title processing

· Process dealer trade and wholesale transactions (accounting and title)

· Follow up on outstanding trade titles from lienholders

· Maintain the tag and title accounting schedule, processing overpayment refunds to customers

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
