A new, full-service real estate brokerage company is looking for a fun, friendly, and fast-paced group of Real Estate Agents who are motivated individuals dedicated to the growth of their careers. This candidate will need to be detail-oriented, self-driven, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation to clients when buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Promote the sale of properties through advertisement, open houses, multiple listing services, and online marking services.
- Conduct competitive market analysis for buyers, sellers, and landlords.
- Prepare contracts such as purchase agreements, leases, addendums, and other required documents in the form of paper or electronic.
- Act as an intermediate for the negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Cooperate and maintain relationships with lenders, appraisers, land surveyors, city departments, escrow/title companies, inspectors, and contractors.

- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
- Follow the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS®
- Understand the duties of Clients and Customers

- Understand agency laws and the obligation of agency relationship
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Have a valid Michigan Real Estate Sales Person License or Non-Principle Associate Broker License

Pay: Commission based
Commission structure: 100%
Transaction fee paid to the Broker is based on the Gross Sales Price as follows:
$0.00 - $100,000.00 = $250.00
$100,000.01 - $500.000.00 = $450.00
$500,000.01 - $1,000,000.00 = $900.00
$1,000,000.01 and up = $1,350.00
- Annual CAP is $10,000.00 in transaction fees paid
Monthly Fees: Monthly associate fee of $35.00

Work Location: Hybrid remote. Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor Area.

JPB Homes, LLC is a Michigan Real Estate Broker that can hold your Salesperson license for those not actively practicing real estate.
