We are actively seeking a PROJECT MANAGER for an immediate opening in our Chicagoland office, with HQ in Elgin, IL. The Project Manager will manage all project responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-construction
• Estimating
• Contract management
• Scheduling (ideally P6)
• Construction means and methods
• Cost control
• Payment processes
• Closeouts

Qualifications:

• Experience in heavy construction (bridge work/infrastructure/plant & process)
• Expertise from preconstruction to closeout
• Self-starter
• Strong team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Effective at delivering formal presentations
