This position is a part of the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Control Management organization. Reporting to the Credit Card Control Manager, you’ll lead a fast-paced, future-focused, and collaborative team. In this role, you’ll maintain a strong and consistent control environment through a joint accountability model that aligns managers with each line of business, function and region to mitigate operational risk.
The role also requires the ability to collaborate with Presidents and their respective leadership teams across the Brand GMs, Co-Brand GMs and stakeholders to oversee and influence outcomes. The team focuses on four areas: Risk Identification & Assessment, Control Design & Evaluation, Issue Management, and Control Governance & Reporting. The role also requires the ability to determine approach and execution of the strategy or goals and to direct program or project managers to meet or exceed desired outcomes.
