As a Commercial and Investment Bank and Securities - Vice President, in the Securities Regulatory Engagement team, you will be a key member of the Commercial and Investment Banking team within Commercial and Investment Banking and Securities Regulatory Engagement, responsible for collaborating with senior leaders across the Commercial and Investment Banking and related control management and corporate functions to provide strategic advice and manage regulatory examinations and other regulatory engagements conducted by the FRB, OCC, FDIC and other banking regulators. Coverage areas include, but are not limited to: Markets, Payments, Securities Services, and Global Banking.
The Commercial and Investment Bank and Securities Regulatory Engagement team is a centralized resource within Risk Management and Compliance that manages regulatory exams and ongoing monitoring activities.
Working directly with regulators and internal stakeholders, you will lead and coordinate the firm’s responses to exams; field, direct, and respond to ad hoc regulatory inquiries; chair regulatory meetings; and develop reports for senior management. You will gain exposure to a broad range of regulatory issues and topics as they affect various stakeholders, and will be responsible for the execution of the overall strategy for regulatory engagements. In this role, you will maintain a high degree of visibility within the organization, through regular interactions with senior business and functional leaders.
